Tricor Pacific Capital, Inc. Acquires Consolidated Utility Services, Inc.

Consolidated Utility Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Tricor Pacific Capital, Inc., a private equity firm. Tricor purchased 100% of Consolidated’s stock in a transaction that closed on March 30, 2007.
